Wahoo Fitness Blue SC is a cycle speed and pedal cadence sensor for your Smartphone or Garmin Edge bike computer.

Wahoo Blue SC will NOT work with the iPhone 3G, 3GS or 4 or earlier generation iPads.

iPhone and Android Compatibility

The Blue SC connects wirelessly via Bluetooth Smart (4.0) to iPhone 4S and newer, iPad mini, iPad 3rd and 4th generations, and select Android devices with Bluetooth 4.0 and operating system 4.3 or newer. Please consult the Wahoo website for full details on Android compatible devices.

ANT+ compatible with Garmin Edge

As the Wahoo Blue SC also transmits in ANT+ (as well as Bluetooth 4.0) it can be used to transmit speed and pedal cadence data to your Garmin Edge unit. If you want to add Heart Rate to your Smartphone training app then please look at the Wahoo Tickr Bluetooth 4.0 compatible heart rate sensor.
